IT Compliance Analyst - Assistant Manager - German

Inviting applications for the role of IT Compliance Analyst - Assistant Manager - German!
We are looking for someone with a good level of German and a passion for finding a solution for customers’ tech problems. 
•    Partnering with business and utilize knowledge of IT and financial processes, financial reporting risk, and internal controls to test and monitor the Company’s IT controls over financial reporting.
•    Assists the IT/Business teams with IT Change Management activities, Validation activities, Quality Systems management activities, IT Audit and other compliance related activities and processes.
•    Assists in evaluating key risks in IT and business processes and advise IT on process & control design during process changes.
•    Assists in evaluating third-party risk and cyber risk.
•    Interface with business and Internal/external auditors on overall SOX/PCI/FDA/Data Privacy Laws (GDPR, HIPAA etc.) or other critical compliance program needs and deliverable.
•    Prepare clear and well-organized audit work papers that appropriately document the work performed. Formulates appropriate conclusions regarding the adequacy of internal controls and procedures based on knowledge of audited business units’ operations and the audit work performed.
•    Monitor and advise process owners on action plans for remediation of deficient controls.
•    Assists or leads the execution of compliance plans/projects.
•    Assists with continuous process improvements to IT policies, processes, procedures, and documentation.
•    Partner with Finance and QA in audits related to periodic review and assist with any other IT audit requests.
•    Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
•    Heightened awareness of IT and Cyber risks, Standards of Conduct, and understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related regulations, policies, and procedures.

Minimum qualifications 
•    Experience in IT Compliance, IT Security or IT Audit/Risk or combination thereof 
•    Experience in international experience
•    Experience of project management
•    Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and maintain professional skepticism, critical thinking, strong analytical, and creative problem-solving attributes
•    Ability to work in a fast paced or rapidly changing organization
•    Strong project management/organizational and planning skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
•    Excellent interpersonal, oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to comfortably communicate to various levels of management and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and integrity in all interactions
•    Detail oriented and attention to accuracy is key
•    Demonstrate strong compliance and legal issue research capabilities, and the ability to apply research results to real-world business-related issues
•    Awareness of cyber security and third-party risk management practices is a must.
•    Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio) is a must
•    Awareness of FDA, HIPAA, PCI, Quality Systems Management, GDPR and other Data Privacy regulations.
•    Strong writing/documentation skills required
•    Strong verbal communication required
•    Ability to create IT Process documents with minimal supervision
•    Self-motivated team-player with positive attitude.
•    Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or Business Administration or related field
•    Preferred: CIA/CISA/CISSP/CIPT/GRCP certification or working toward certification (one of these)
