Inviting applications for the role of Commercial Data Management Specialist - Senior Process Associate – French! 

As a Process Associate within the Commercial organization, your main responsibility will be to be involved in wing-to-wing Sales Support activities provided for client like Indirect Channel Management (order management, parts return) Customer data management and Field Modification Instruction (FMI, FMI Distributor and Safety Notice) processes. 



The following sub-processes can fall into the scope of Commercial Data Management Specialist: 

  • Service part order management from order entry till successful delivery to Channel partner, modification or follow up on delivery status with the Channel Partners, escalating to the relevant teams if necessary 

  • Coordinate technical approvals for free of charge shipments (contract/warranty /installation/DOI/DOA) escalations with RSEs. 

  • Coordinate commercial approvals for prepaid orders or special price request. 

  • Organize distribution of part is available or escalate if part is not available. 

  • Complete license application for sanction countries before any service logistics needs (order entry, FMI kits delivery) 

  • Coordinate the service parts orders & deliveries under the terms of “letter of credits” and ensure the documentation and logistics requirements of L/Cs are fully met.  

  • Check the returnable & repairable parts status with ICPs through regular op mechs, ensure on time returns under the conditions that stated on distribution agreements.  

  • Support coordination of installation, FMI Implementation, Parts Return with related stakeholders. 

  • Support Smax deployment process to North & East Africa indirect accounts. (IB cleanup, job escalations etc) 

  • Communicate FMI releases with ICPs, proceed IB validation, check the kits availibility and ensure on time kits delivery, collect CCR forms from ICPs and follow the case closure to ensure no past dues within the region. 

  • Communicate missing PLCs cards with ICPs and follow through regular op mech meetings to ensure region IB traceability 

  • Ticket creation & follow up - e.g. missing PLC code description, access issues, other problems during SO creation due to changes 

  • Includes temporary project involvement  

  • Follow the instructions of the business process leader and the team leader 

  • Ensure that each request related to order management is documented, compliant with established business controls and is processed in a timely manner 

  • Report and document all process related changes in the Standard Operating Procedures 

  • Ad-hoc requests assigned by the team leader  

Minimum qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s Degree Or Equivalent Work Experience  

  • B2-C1 level of English language 

  • Prior work experience in Commercial/Customer service 

  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication 

  • Solid critical thinking, ability to act as a gatekeeper  

  • Ability to work with remote teams 

  • Customer focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external customer requests 

  • Effective problem-solving skills and accuracy 

Preferred qualifications  

  • Experience in customer service and or supply chain.  

  • Proficient in PC skills  

  • Arabic language skills
