Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Supply Chain Management
Responsibilities
In this role, the shortlisted candidate will be responsible to perform the following:
•    Analyze data on current and past delivery performance for errors, understand what is causing them and create actionable plans to reduce errors and improve OTIF performance.
•    Identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex supply chain problems using data mining, analytics and business judgement.
•    Proactively review supplier performance and regularly identify suppliers to prioritize and engage with and review processes to improve accuracy of delivery information relayed to the customer.  
•    Engage with the suppliers, alongside procurement teams, in resolving OTIF delivery and accuracy of information coming in from the suppliers.
•    Proactively monitor accuracy of information coming in from the supplier and take corrective action if short of expectations.
•    Drive automation and simplification within our processes in line with the company philosophy through CI and co-operative work stream planning 

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

•    Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record


Preferred qualifications 

•    Highly numerate and possess the ability to perform statistical analysis on large data set.
•    Tech Savvy person with ability to learn and use new tools   
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships 
•    Able to challenge the status quo and drive for high performance along with strong collaborative and influencing skills 
•    Ability to operate within a global organization and to demonstrate cultural awareness 
•    Diversity and Inclusive aware 
•    Good Working knowledge of MS office suite, a strong background in MS Excel / Access. 
•    Be a team player and drive for process automation through CI methodology and co-operative work stream planning skills

Preferred skills

•    Relevant experience within an inventory management function such as, Supply planning, Delivery Planning, Inventory Controller/Planner preferably within a fast-paced distribution environment 
•    Prior experience to demonstrate ability to analyze large and complex datasets, analyze the patterns and draw actionable plans.
•    Established credentials of working with high SKU counts, multiple suppliers and customers across many countries   
•    Previous experience of ERP systems such as Oracle, JDA, SAP or bespoke company tailored inventory planning systems 
•    Sound commercial and business acumen with a keen eye on internal and external global market factors and trends
