We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Product Management!

In this role, you will be working as a Business intelligence & customer experience manager

Responsibilities

  • Will use data to determine market and business trends for Genpact customers towards improving customer experience
  • Work in the new customer-experience management team of Genpact working with multiple Genpact clients in mapping the customer experience journey, understanding market and customer expectations, and identifying gaps and opportunities that would significantly improve customer experience. A professional from the Fin-Tech industry background. Should have worked in the product line of business. Clear understanding of UPI payment, Wallet Applications, Digital money line of business
  • Understand the product’s competitive landscape and our competitors’ strategies and product features. Apply your knowledge to develop differentiated product plans, which drive value to our customers and prospects.
  • Define prioritized feature requirements along with an overall product roadmap
  • Build the roadmap, product scenarios, user stories, and features .To do so, the Customer Experience manager will need to engage and collaborate with our teams and customers and build prioritization based on impact on the market from an end user customer satisfaction perspective.
  • Measure and assess the efficacy of the product roadmap for customer delight and business success

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • The candidate should who have an appetite for the challenges of career growth and development, and a natural leader. Should be engaging, influential and motivating, and have outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • The resource should have the ability to draw insights from data and trends, ability to visualize sophisticated data trends in simple and easy to understand ideas, some bit of project management.
  • Candidates associated with financial wallet workflows with a good understanding of the mobile eco-system will be an added advantage.
  • Analytical Tools : Ability to work on SAAS, Basic R, SQL and Tableau will be great tools

Preferred qualifications

  • Analytical Abilities: A major part of the job is to determine data trends mean.
  • Communication and Presentations Skills
  • Problem-Solving: Business intelligence analysts need to look at the data trends and recommend solutions for crafting more revenue and reducing loss.
  • Time Management: To work on large projects and many data streams and meet deadlines.
  • Out of box thinking : Use initiative and demonstrate creativity in solving problems for Genpact customers
