Inviting applications for the role of  AM, Accounts Receivable Cash Application

Responsibilities

  • Download the bank statement and preparing the daily repartition within the team
  • Ensure same-day application for incoming payments from customers accordingly with the targets agreed with the client
  • Handle of wires, drafts (simple/complex) & cheques payments  
  • Handle of the Documentary Research activity
  • Keep contact with internal departments and the customers
  • Get to know, understand and deliver different customer service processes, as requested by the manager
  • Fulfill seamlessly all the tasks and responsibilities of the given operations process based on the requirement of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers, partners
  • Active participation in the defined training courses and the practical implementation of the new skills in the work processes
  • Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks
  • Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager
  • Update the working procedures, whenever requested by the manager
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions and communicate to direct manager
  • Keep working hours and break times according to the internal policies in certain cases based on the official working days of the given service region 
  • Know and understand the performance management policy and practice 
  • Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company

 

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Similar work experience
  • Organized personality with attention to details and customer orientation
  • Ability to handle clients on one-on-one basis, via e-mails and calls
  • Energetic, self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Accurate, logical thinker, Ability to work under time pressure
  • Communicative and willing to learn
  • Good knowledge of French Language, min. B2
  • High School Degree 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Accounting knowledge – would be a plus
  • Basic Excel, Word, Outlook is a plus
  • University graduate or Economic studies are an advantage
