We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Contact Sales Support / Issue Resolution
Key Responsibilities :
1.    Provide support to sales team through resolution of raised issues, performance of customer audits and participation in customer meetings when required. 
2.    Ensure that customer contract eligibility is coordinated accurately through the contract system in accordance with customer’s supply agreement. Understand cause and effect relationships related to contract changes within the system. 
3.    Communicate regularly with suppliers, sales force, and product management to build relationships and resolve issues. 
4.    Perform reconciliation and analysis of accounting information for sophisticated suppliers and customers.
5.    Research supplier exception items to establish validity and provide appropriate support to substantiate McKesson’s position. 
6.    Work directly with Account Managers to obtain identifiers required to support the RX customer implementation process (DEA, HIN, 340B ID, etc.). Provide them with updates regarding RX customer implementation status and assist with the issues' resolution.
7.    Drive Apexus compliance with little guidance from direct manager. Act as knowledge holder on all Apexus rules, regulations, compliance updates as per the contract.
8.    Work with Account Sales Managers, Account Managers, Project Managers, Directors, and internal authorities to facilitate the onboarding process as requested.
9.    Provide Account Managers with updates on onboarding status and provide resolution of related issues.
10.    Maintain, administer, and verify progress daily related to assigned implementations in sales force cases.
11.    Obtain supporting authentication from HRSA, RX suppliers, and resolve eligibility issues.
12.    Responsible for the escalation of contract and/or system issues. Communicate daily with leadership, multiple business units, suppliers, and drive efficiency initiatives
13.    Administer supplier contract updates and connections through the contracts system with a focus on quality standards and production metrics. 
14.    Work system exception reports daily and utilize reporting to identify possible quality issues.
15.    Proactively identify customer price file discrepancies and work to resolve. Work with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreements, specifically the timeliness and completeness of information. Required to bring up compliance issues. Ensure that service level expectations are met or exceeded. 
16.    Utilize systems and software to perform complex research assignments. Develop system and process expertise. 
17.    Represent the department on various project teams as a subject matter authority. Cross train on multiple departmental functions.
18.    Assist in the execution of escalations as needed. Analyst develops good relationships and support issue resolution for business partners and customers. Uses critical thinking, data analysis, research, and contract compliance knowledge to provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex issues that cross department, business unit or corporate boundaries. 
Skills and Proficiencies :
•    Degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
•    Prior related business experience in Customer Service or Wholesale Drug industry. Experience should involve transactional processing, problem solving, research and analysis. 
•    Proven track record in optimally maintaining key accounts, as well as research and analysis capabilities.
Specialized Knowledge/Skills – 
•    Customer Service skills
•    Detailed/Multi-task oriented with problem solving skills
•    Experience in analyzing very large and sophisticated datasets
•    Advanced Excel skills (macros, V lookups, pivot tables) 
•    Intermediate level on MS Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
•    Excellent relationship building and communication skills 
•    Process improvement experience and some project management and researching skills
•    Passion for training and onboarding new team members
•    Sharp attention to detail and prioritization skills
•     Able to work independently and take full accountability
•    Able to collaborate with cross functional teams
