Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, TPRM/TPDD
• Should know basics of TPDD / TPRM
• Conduct due diligence for Invoice processing system
• Investigate exception invoice for root cause – existing assessments available or not
• Able to bundle invoices based on supplier and service
• Identify and improve inconsistencies in the automated invoice processing system
• Continuously improve the Invoice processing steps in line with processing procedures
• Effectively coordinate with the stakeholders for review discussions/BAU meetings
• Drive validation and enrichment of data sources, and monitor data quality
• Adhere to client specific turn-around timelines and assist in the delivery of output with utmost quality, according to defined scope within expected timelines
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly progress reports and share with relevant stakeholders
• Work closely with line manager/leader to support delivery of tasks
Responsibilities
• Experience in Invoice Processing and exception handling.
• Experience in Third Party Due Diligence (TPDD) and/or Third Party Risk Management
• Should be a good team player, ready to accommodate to customer timelines and deliverables
• Must be able to react to deadlines with flexibility and integrity
• Proven experience and track record of solving problems
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines and escalate issues at the right time
• Proficient in computer skills and MS Office applications
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Analyse and re-design processes as per client business context
• Drive performance improvement by implementing best practices and innovative methodologies
• Awareness of the role and responsibilities of Compliance / Procurement Function
• General awareness about risks emerging from third parties, mitigating framework and implications of such risks
