We are inviting applications for the role of  Business Process Manager - Manager - Dutch

Team Lead in our Netherlands’ Operations. In this role you will be responsible to run Surprise Free Operations for our clients whilst ensuring the best work experience for our employees. 

Responsibilities: 
•    Ensures that the process activities are carried-out in accordance with the solution agreed with the customer and the performance objectives (KPIs) / process delivery time (SLAs) set under the contract are fulfilled; 
•    Presents the performance indicators in the operational reviews meetings, analyzes data & trends in the process and continuously implements process improvement methodologies based on Lean Six Sigma; 
•    Proposes sets and implements the best operational practices across the team and ensures the homogenous and comprehensive knowledge among all the team members; 
•    Initiates and designs transformation projects (such as Lean, Six Sigma, Digital) to deliver financial and productivity benefits to customer in accordance with the contractual clauses concluded with the client; 
•    Acts as a primary point of contact for all the escalations related to the process; 
•    Conducts team huddles to communicate the information regarding to the process priorities; 
•    Participates to the external governance established with the internal stakeholders; 

•    Implements and rigorous follows the Human Resources best practices in terms of people retention, performance assessment, motivation and talent development;
•    Performs monthly/quarterly/yearly individual reflection / introspect / retrospect discussions with the team members, including implementation of action plans wherever necessary;
•    Propose various ways of recognizing and rewarding individual and team achievements 
•    Organize sessions with team members dedicated to career path progression;
•    Handles conflicts within the team and ensures support for HR team and the account manager for disciplinary and non-performance cases, if necessary;
•    Participate in recruiting and selection of new team members and ensure proper on-boarding  of the team, according to company procedures in place;
•    Carries out onboarding/off boarding procedure for team members;
•    Acts as a mentor within the team, in order to maintain and develop Genpact’ s values and organizes motivational programs for team members;

Qualifications: 
•    University degree (minimum Bachelor) (please be informed the proof of education (including educational certificates) may be requested during recruitment process) 
•    Knowledge of English and Dutch - min C1 level 
•    Previous experience in managing processes transformation initiatives and increasing productivity; 
•    Knowledge about industries, such as: Retail, pharma, high tech (represents an advantage) 
•    Ability to understand, communicate and actively support process-efficiency initiatives to generate customer financial and productivity benefits; 
•    Ability to coordinate the team to achieve the performance goals agreed with the customer; 
•    Developed skills of analysis, problem solving and project coordination; 
•    Ability to bring internal and external process information to identify optimization and process automation opportunities through the use of digital applications / systems;
