Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Project Resource

This position will lead various projects in the planning space utilizing lean, six sigma, digital/analytics transformation, etc., and drive business impact for our client and stakeholders.
Responsibilities

•    Interact with Client & SCM team for understanding Key business Priorities and Opportunity identification
•    Work with SCM team to bring efficiency in daily operations
•    Identify of gaps and drive transformation improvements in planning processes
•    Develop and Execute Key Process Excellence, Automation & Digital Transformational Project Roadmaps for the aligned businesses to deliver productivity, customer experience and other P&L impacts, as agreed with the business
•    Lead High Impact Projects utilizing techniques like – Lean, Six Sigma, Automation, Transformation, Process Standardization, Metric Movement etc
•    Search for projects implemented in other regions/clients and look for the opportunity to replicate
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
•    Experience in Planning areas such as Forecasting & Demand Planning, MPS Planning, Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, Import & 3PM Planning, Inventory management, Service level management.
•    Excellent Project Management & Administration experience – Designing and driving small to large scale improvement & transformation projects  
•    Excellent Problem Solving & Analytical bent of mindset 
•    Lean & Six Sigma Trained, Tested, Certified 
•    Awareness on Automation + Robotics + Other digital technologies 
•    Technology/ Digital / Automation awareness - Ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer needs 
•    Ability to engage effectively with Senior Leadership, Customers, and people from all levels of the organization
•    Needs Excellent Client Communication Skills

•    Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency
•    Critical thinking & accountability
•    Good Leadership, consultative & partnering skills required 
•    Openness to new ideas and diverse cultures
