Inviting applications for the role of AM, Sourcing & Procurement SME
In this role, you are encouraged to be responsible for business insights in Sourcing & Procurement area as requested by the clients on a regular basis. You must be an active contributor towards the overall objective of the client project.
The Role requires deep subject matter expertise in sourcing & procurement and project managing the completion of specific projects for an organization while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. Role will involve application of souring and procurement knowledge and basic project management techniques to a broad range of activities in order to meet the requirements of a particular project
    Act as a subject matter expert in the sourcing and procurement domain
    Leverage Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
    Project Performance/Monitoring, defining KPI’s, measuring project objectives, quality deliverables, effort and cost tracking
    Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
    Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
    Data analysis and representation
    Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
    Resolve potential issues related to project using knowledge, business specialists, critical decision-making skills and judgements.
    Ensure appropriate organizational change and hyper-care
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business or Communication
    Effective communicate in writing and verbally to client stakeholders and G senior management.
    Expert in MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS visio
    Knowledge of quality systems 
    Competing priorities, short times lines mean proactive, inspirational leader is required
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
    Strong familiarity with sourcing and procurement software tools, methodologies, and best practices
    Able to nurture robust working relationships with the team, peers and clients, scheduling flexibility required
    Overall candidate should have problem solving, macro-level research and analytics approach and good in numbers.
    Good customer and internal stakeholder handling skills.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skill.
