Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer – Order to Cash – VN & EN
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing Daily Wire and ACH payments received from customer in SAP, ensuring proper Cash Application. You will review in everyday Activity, matching payment to correct invoices.

You will research on short payments, overpayments, payment missing remittances ensuring proper coding of deductions.

Your role will manage multiple mailboxes and process tie-off and handle other miscellaneous requests like – supporting 3rd party audit by proving backup upon request.

You will be expected to supporting TRIAL BALANCE, and other accounting and audit related matter.



  • Analyze and review requests received for new customer set ups- complete extensive due diligence and recommend the credit limit for the customer.
  • Understanding of D&B and how bank and trade references work in order to collect the historical information for a customer.
  • Complete the order hold/release process on a daily basis after extensive due diligence.
  • Run weekly reports to capture the credit master changes completed and complete due diligence wherever needed.
  • Keep track of the ageing credit requests and ensure timely resolutions/highlight issues if any.
  • Plan and execute collection activities to achieve monthly COLLECTION targets.
  • Review and reporting of Ageing at customer level.
  • Keeping track of check Run as per the schedule of Key customers.
  • Following up with customer for Receivables – Via Email or calls. Respond promptly and accurately to both customers and internal quarries, providing data/ reporting as and when requested.
  • Acknowledge and process customer enquiries like invoice copies, Refunds etc.
  • Review all applicable deductions in their respective portfolio; for all major customers and brands.
  • Analyze cause of deduction and determine if deduction is legitimate or should be contested and presented again for collection.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting of deduction portfolio as required by upstream management.
  • Maintain relationship with retailers and Brands in obtaining appropriate information to process deductions.
  • Negotiates payment on past due accounts to resolve customer deduction discrepancies and collects invalid deductions receivables.
  • Work with local finance business partner in resolving queries, account problems and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for every transaction performed.
  • Participate in cross-functional efforts to implement continuous improvement projects.


Minimum qualifications

  • Proficient in Vietnamese and English, and the ability to read and interpret, speaks effectively and informatively.
  • Graduate of Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

  • Work experience in O2C.
  • Proficient in using SAP.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze reports.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.  Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Adapt at prioritizing to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
