Inviting applications for the role of MT, Sales and Commercial Reporting!
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that volume gets completed in agreed time, and meet the accuracy and delivery requirements
Responsibilities

    Handle client operations related commercial reporting activities
    Applies experience to anticipate and be proactive in addressing potential issues before they become problems
    Learn multiple processes and can multi task, proactively gain knowledge and stays updated with the latest development in the process
    Ability to grasp in trainings and proactively upskills and focuses on self development
    Participates in discussions on process standardization, process improvements, system validation, customization, and integration of new tools and technologies
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
    Major in Japanese or equivalent, with basic English is preferred
    Japanese N2 or equivalent, good in Japanese listening, speaking, reading and writing, be able to communicate with customers in Japanese with email or telephone
    Significant years of experience in managing Japanese Back Office operations and of working with Japanese customers
    Understanding of Japanese culture and its aspects like quality, customer first attitude and timeliness
    Exceptionally good with Excel and MS office and excellent system navigation skills
    Experience, ability and amenity engaging with Commercial Reporting Clients & SMEs
    Good communication, interpersonal skills with team work spirit and strong adaptability
    Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, be able to work overtime and handle stress well
    BPO experience or data reporting experience is preferred

Preferred qualifications/Skills
    
    Major in Japanese or equivalent, with basic English is preferred
    BPO experience or data reporting experience is a must
    Multiple process Handling / Go-getter / Self-learning / Experience of handling team in WFH scenario
