We are inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Advanced Analytics!

Responsibilities

The Role demands for a highly qualified professional with experience in Demand & Supply Planning, Advanced Analytics with below responsibilities:

• Ability to design analytics solutions, simulation, modelling to address business problems
• Identifying business acumen, analyzing the problems and providing solutions
• Forecast to be developed considering trending/statistical techniques, inputs from sales and marketing teams and alignment with long term financial plans
• Analyze and measure forecast accuracy and provide insights and take corrective measures
• Continuously improvement of Forecasting Techniques & Approach on SKUs level
• have zeal to automate and bring efficiencies and develop advanced analytics capabilities to progress offerings
• Perceptual and analytical problem solving abilities relating to data analysis, identifying performance trends and presenting skills.
• Ensure delivery of projects within timelines

Minimum Qualifications

• Education : MSc – stats/Maths/Economics with minimum 3 years of experience in advanced analytics
• Working knowledge of regression analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, forecasting and forecasting methods
• Good knowledge of excel functions
• Demonstrated proficiency in statistics,
• Effective communicate in writing and verbal
• Efficiency in R/Python

Preferred qualifications

• Pharma domain
• Able to nurture robust working relationships with the team, peers and clients, scheduling flexibility required
• Overall candidate should have problem solving, macro-level research and analytics approach and good in numbers.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skill.
