Management Trainee - Regulatory Affairs

We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Regulatory affairs. In this role, you will be encouraged to work on deadlines, in a fast-paced pressure business environment while being a good great teammate. You should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Following prescribed procedures, enter and update records in ORION that impact MAT/MAH name change activities
  • Create electronic assemblies and submissions according to publishing guidelines
  • Gather is archive incoming and outgoing correspondence and create appropriate linkages with ORION
  • Call out and supervise to resolution, issues associated with record creation/update requests
  • Coordinate with the project lead to ensure approvals are timed appropriately with withdrawal activities

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • Experience with relational database re: data entry and navigation
  • Proficient typing and transcription.
  • Computer and technical skills (including software knowledge)
  • Organizational and time management abilities.
  • Administrative skills and Multitasking.
  • Communication (written and verbal)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Masters in Life Sciences or equivalent
