This role lies with Genpact Corporate IT - TSMO. You will be responsible of enhancement task in Genpact Salesforce Application.

•    Able to perform code review and code optimization
•    Taking initiative to identify what the business should be supervising and evaluating
•    Can build Technical Design document
•    Ensuring that the team is following standard methodologies when architecting, programming or detailing solutions.
•    Ensure the timely delivery of improvements or modifications to ongoing production CRM systems.
•    Handling the team with individual contributor.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Good interpersonal skills
•    B.Tech./ M.Tech./ MBA 
•    Robust analytics experience
Preferred Qualifications
•    Ability to work cross-functionally in a creative, Agile environment and lead multiple task assignments
•    Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
•    Salesforce admin, dev certifications 
•    Knowledge of Design & implement APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing Apex code, Web Services, etc
•    Knowledge of LWC
•    Experience to build custom lightning component
