Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager-IT Project Management

You should have work experience in the relevant field and relevant years of project management experience (project management training / certificate will be an advantage)

In this role you will be responsible for management of IT infrastructure aspect of Genpact Transition projects. Full responsibility of a project scope, budget, deadlines, and quality. Communication with internal and external stakeholders and running project in line with Genpact IT transition methodology.

Responsibilities
•    Manage transition projects from IT perspective
o    Revise and Implement agreed IT Configuration Document (Telecom, Voice, EUC etc.)
o    Incident Tracking, Dashboards, Performance base lining
o    Drive project related procurement
o    Manage IT related Risks
o    Assure compliance to Genpact and client IT security standards
o    Organize and support UAT, identify gaps and apply fix or agree on mitigation plan
o    Agree and implement IT part of BCP document
o    Perform relevant communication on a project status and IT Deliverables
o    Conduct guidance call with Transition team prior to TG4 VOC rollout
o    Create IT Support Model 
o    Summarize Key Learning's from projects and follow documentation requirements
o    Follow Genpact transition methodology 
o    Sign-off IT acceptance criteria 
o    IT Project handover to IT Operations (IT Operations Manual)
•    Support role in all incidents / escalation resolution
o    Enforce incident / escalation related follow-ups and communicate to stakeholders
o    Monitor systems availability and performance in reactive mode 
o    Organize troubleshooting of incidents
•    Takes part in/ Driving cross center, cross region and or global projects and initiatives as needed and communicated by the manager
•    Any other task received from the direct manager within the area of expertise
•    Effective communication with all (internal and external) stakeholders
•    Proactive approach in improving current solutions, processes, and procedures
•    Support change management process by initiating required changes and monitoring progress of delivery
•    Support of IT Solution and Bidding teams (if applicable)
•    Assure personal supervision during critical periods of a project (work related travelling)

Qualifications we seek in you!
Are you looking for?
•    University degree (Bachelor+) Technical, Economy, English with IT experience (Computer Science will be an asset)
•    Initiative and energy with ability to work and act independently
•    Proactive Communication and writing skills
•    General IT technical knowledge
•    Organized personality with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different tasks
•    Good interpersonal and people/ team skills
•    Demonstrated problem solving skills
•    Strong oral and written communication skills - ability to interact at all organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications
•    IT service management experience
