Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager-Support
In this role, you will manage teams of Cora SeQuence Support Engineers for multiple Clients.


•    Implementation and ensure adherence of Application Support Processes
•    Ensure effective Governance of following points: 
o    Monitor overall progress
o    Tickets trending
o    Risk and Issue Management
o    SLA Compliance
o    Escalation Management
•    Stakeholder Management: Liaison with both internal & external clients ensuring customer satisfaction
•    Reporting: Publishing of key metrices & reports on required periodicity
•    People Management - Resource management including shift planning, productivity measurement, skill development etc.
•    Maintain Knowledge base
•    Respond to RFP and proposals

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
•    Graduate
•    Experience in IT application support and Development
•    ITIL certification at Intermediate/Expert level
•    Prior work experience in Application Support projects is a MUST
•    Well versed with Incident, Problem and Change Management Process
•    Good project management skills and experience
•    Technical background with hands-on development experience (preferably in Microsoft Technologies) in the past

Preferred qualifications
•    Graduate/postgraduate with IT/Computer Science Background
