Inviting applications for the role of Lead Associate- Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing and recruiting strategies to identify and attract candidates with focus on technical and specialized skill profiles
• Candidate management from sourcing to job offer
• Review and understand technical job requirements
• Provide excellent client and candidate service experience
• Update recruitment tools and reports
• Other hiring task designated by the Manager

Qualifications we seek in you:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Technical recruitment experience including niche skill hiring
• Source qualified candidates for various agent-level roles; utilize different sourcing channels; work hand in hand with Hiring Team to deliver site requirements in a timely manner; implement various sourcing channels to identify which are most effective and cost-efficient.
• Proficient with sourcing channels including Job Portals, Social Media, Employee Referrals etc
• Experience in Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to build positive relationships with written and verbal communication and influencing skills
• Ability in working within faced paced and in changing environments
• Strong negotiation skills
• Previous experience in CRM such as but not limited to Taleo, Avature, etc
