Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer-Onboarding SPOC – EMEA
HR Onboarding SPOC to oversee the procedures our company follows before and after hiring new employees. He/She ensure our hires get a warm welcome and experience smooth onboarding to their new roles.

Responsibilities:

•    Organize orientation programs 
•    Act as a consultant to new employees
•    Schedule and oversee training sessions
•    Communicate with new hires before their start date to provide necessary information (e.g., schedules, etc.)
•    Liaise with internal teams 
•    Assist existing employees with their queries
•    Advise IT team for new hire asset arrangement timely
•    Ensure internal systems are updated with new joiners correct information
•    Connect internally to resolve any issues during/after onboarding

Qualification we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications:
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications 
•    Knowledge in HR domain would be an added advantage
