Inviting applications for the role of Manager -Business Requirements Analyst, Enterprise360 Insights & Analytics

Cora ops30 is a multi-dimensional, multi-faceted transformation program that will unlock tremendous value by targeting 3 key business outcomes – (1) revenue acceleration (2) cost reduction and (3) insights to drive business outcomes. 
The Insights & Analytics Group is responsible to:

•    Act as a Consultant - Providing thought leadership and best practices related to Process automations, Predictive Analytics / Machine Learning Solutions to Enterprise360 platform. Identify specific capability, practices, tools, and people that the Insights group would need to design and develop Enterprise360 capabilities.

•    Lead Solutioning - Conceptualize and develop relevant Predictive analytics solutions for Enterprise360. Envision opportunistic areas with target users by demonstrating relevant and credible Predictive Analytics solutions and paradigms. The role may entail carrying out high level assessment of Analytics readiness and creating the associated analytic benchmarking which may ultimately converge into a specific Predictive Analytics roadmap

•    Engage in Pre-Sales – Collaborate in response to RFI/RFPs when it comes to Enterprise360 insights and predictive capabilities

The Enterprise360 Insights & Analytics Business Requirements Analyst is expected to understand requirements from the business /functional perspective and work with the technical team to bring analytics solutions to life. The right candidate should have prior experience in requirements gathering & the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to execute the solution.
•    Understand & Define stakeholder/business problems
•    Work closely with project, architecture, and operations teams to develop comprehensive document that bring together all the requirements 
•    Translate business requirements to IT to build solutions 
•    Design and run functional tests against business requirements and report out the results in time
•    Craft and lead business UAT, ensure all results get reported on time
•    Will identify potential sources of data and laying out for the product owners the comparatives 
•    Continuous review of the requirements document to ensure that the project is in scope & not missing anything important
•    Engage with senior stakeholders to get all the required details & communicate progress back to them regularly
•    Keep the customer first mindset all the time
•    Reporting & dashboarding as required
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

•    Good understanding of Business transformation frameworks and standard methodologies and techniques  
•    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy 
•    Business reengineering knowledge 
•    Good Presentation Skills 
•    Ability to own projects end to end independently 
•    Has a ‘customer first’ mindset
•    Ability to raise, resolve issues & come up with new ideas proactively
•    Prioritization & time management are critical 
•    BPO experience in analytics 
•    Understand how data models work 
•    Good project management (Agile) 
•    Is from a F&A background 
•    A very good team player

Preferred Qualifications

•    Expertise in building user stories, requirement gathering and stakeholder management 
•    Expertise in design thinking methodology 
•    Strong experience in various data gathering / collection techniques 
•    Strong understanding of process mining tools 
•    Expertise knowledge on advance Excel, Power Point, visualization tools - Power BI etc.
•    Knowledge on data science / analytics projects
•    Understand and can build UAT plan from functional / technical requirements 
•    Expertise in driving go-live (deployment) / support after deployment
