Inviting applications for the role of Deal Closing Manager

Deal Closing Manager would provide deal closure support on SFDC to the frontline teams in conjunction with commercial and contracting teams. He / She would be managing two (2) deal closure analysts who would be aligned to the verticals in terms of their responsibility

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the right deal Pricer is aligned on SFDC
• Collaborate with pricing and finance teams to ensure that all pricing documents are in place
• Engage with Controllership, TS and IO teams to ensure that the right offerings and products are tagged to the opportunity
• Work with stakeholders and SFDC Help desk to ensure all business and technical issues are proactively resolved
• Update deal attributes as per policy laid out and ensure timely closure
• Communicate issues proactively and clearly to all stakeholders

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

• Ability to manage a small team, while providing strong individual contribution
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent judgment and dependability, including the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Strong working ability with Microsoft Office applications, including word and excel

Preferred qualifications

Experience working on SFDC or any other CRM tool

Operational understanding of E2E Sales Cycle and opportunity management process
