Inviting applications for the role Senior Manager -Compliance Manager 
In this role you need to contribute to the development and implementation of an effective risk and compliance program that supports the three lines of defense model and aligns to the strategy and objectives.

•    Lead Compliance Program Implementation in conjunction with Operations and other Functional Leads
•    Operational risk compliance – Risk Assessments, evaluating Process Controls, report out and escalation
•    Designing and implementing controls to cap the risks identified in collaboration with Operations and quality
•    Developing and monitoring key compliance risk indicators
•    Leading and supporting various Risk Reviews/ Audits – Client and Genpact
•    Contractual compliance – Ensuring MSA adherence
•    Ensuring adequate Data Security controls within process, prevention of data leakage with increasing digitization, PCI / PII/ SPII/ PHI Controls Review and Implementation
•    Knowledge of various privacy regulations, their scope, assessment, and controls implementation like GDPR, CCPA, etc.
•    Being responsible for driving Compliance for the business 
•    Set Governance rigor...Regular status update / review with Genpact leadership, publish dashboards to measure effectiveness
•    Facilitating and leading Internal & External audits
•    Increase Compliance Awareness and being vigilant in workspace Management of Client relationship  
•    Continuous Compliance Monitoring on key contractual requirements, Data Security controls and Process Controls across Genpact Shared Services Locations   
•    Managing client specified and statutory compliance guidelines as may be specified from time to time
•    Managing awareness amongst employee base relating to compliance requirements and policies as applicable
•    To be aware of Regulatory changes happening in your supporting businesses and should be able to participate in regulatory changes being implemented for your respective areas
•    Should be responsible to front end the discussions relating to compliance and regulatory issues
•    Managing Risk Registers, Risk Reports and Risk profiles on time

Minimum qualifications

•    Driven impactful projects for customer or business
•    Operations Experience, Driving Project execution - Timeline and milestone management
•    Self-motivated, driven individual with high energy, initiative, achievement focus and accountability
•    Compliance Mindset - Demonstrates initiative and willingness to challenge the status quo
•    Ability to multitask and drive several initiatives in parallel … Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
•    Strong relationship management skills, Ability to work with cross functional and cross regional teams
•    prioritize – identifies more critical and less critical activities and assignments; adjusts when appropriate
•    Identifies issues, problems and opportunities and determines whether action is needed
•    Identifies the need for and collects information to better understand issues, problems, and opportunities
