We are looking for our next EMEA Recruitment Lead – Senior Manager – Remote - English!

In this role, you will be driving talent demand & supply across one or multiple countries in EMEA, by partnering with the local recruitment team and Genpact business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 40+ team members, part of the EMEA Recruitment team, covering 11+ countries in Europe & Africa, for a headcount of 10,000+ Employees and growing
• Lead volume recruitment projects by working along with the local hiring teams in EMEA Region and drive results as per the business demand
• Partner with business leaders in order to set up a delivery model for recruitment in the region
• Own strategic delivery for all business demand for backfill roles and growth demand
• Own the adherence to all internal policies, as well as key recruitment metrics (Cost per hire, On time fill rate, Turnaround time, Diversity hiring etc)
• Promote multiple staffing channels in order to deliver maximum requirement like Direct to talent (Portals; Social Media; Job Fairs; etc.), Referrals, and external partners, while maintaining quality of hire
• Participate in client calls and new opportunity discussion, representing EMEA Recruitment team and providing the required inputs

Required Skills

• Ability to interact at multiple levels in the organization with internal clients, as well as with external partners
• Very good understanding of multiple European markets and hiring practices
• Ability to drive compliance & process adherence for EMEA team
• Experience in leading complex recruitment project across geographies in a remote set-up
• Previous experience in a similar role and environment will be an advantage
