Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Human Resource Management System, IT

This role lies with Genpact Corporate IT -Compute Management Division.  You will have tremendous opportunities to learn in one of the biggest Compute groups in the industry.


  • Support corporate Compute operations 24X7 for internal IT.
  •  Work actively on the operational issues along with internal/external partners to recover the failure of the system (proactive/reactive)
  • Develop a project plan and track the same 
  • Manage the timesheet for all members involved in the project
  • Dashboard presentation of the project on a weekly/fortnightly basis with business & IT Leaders  
  • Project presentation in CAB and PMO calls
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects  
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility  
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation  
  • Hands-on experience on implementation of Oracle HRMS
  • Ability to Manage support activity of Oracle HRMS 
  • Exhaustive concept on interfaces between applications (Oracle HRMS to Others)
  • Knowledge of the HR operation process


Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualification

  • BTech/MCA in Technology (any stream)
  • Solid background in project management (Oracle ERP-based projects), with understanding or hands-on experience in Oracle HRMS and similar SaaS platforms)
  • Functional knowledge in Oracle HRMS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills  


Preferred Qualification

  • Knowledge about Oracle ERP 
  • Knowledge of PL SQL
  • Knowledge of the Oracle HRMS FORMS 
  • Knowledge about Oracle Self-service pages
  • Knowledge about oracle HRM back-end tables
