Assistant Manager - Product Support Specialist

Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Product Support Specialist!

In this role, you will be part of our customer care group, helping our customers with issues and questions related to our software product.


Responsibilities

•    Be the first line of support.
•    Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
•    Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root cause of the problem
•    Track issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
•    Communicate with customers, via email or other online tools, until they’ve solved their issue.
•    Properly triage or escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
•    Ensure all issues are properly logged
•    Prioritize and manage several open issues simultaneously

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
•    Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role
•    Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
•    BA in computer science or an equivalent and relevant certification
•    Hands-on SQL skills
•    Hands-on experience with Windows servers and IIS
•    Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript - advantage
•    Experience with cloud services – advantage

Preferred qualifications
•    Amazing communication skills in English (verbal and written)
•    Passionate problem-solving with a “can do” approach
•    Attention to details
•    Team player
•    Open to learn new things
