Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Transformation Services Ops

Job Required Skillset:

  • Data Analytics for Sales & Finance data
  • Ability to coordinate unstructured data into structured datasets to enable easy data collection & analysis
  • Ability to analyze data, identify patterns and provide business insights from data
  • Familiarity with financial concepts and Genpact deal cycle
  • Storytelling
  • Profound part of this role is storytelling - redefining raw data into valuable insights to help in leadership decisions
  • Ability to narrate the story to leaders and take feedback to fine tune and continuously improve
  • Ability to build various versions of the story from a short elevator pitch to detailed insights with various data cuts – by vertical, sub-vertical, service line etc.
  • Presentability – be able to represent findings and insights using streamlined graphs, callouts & other visual aids via PowerPoint presentations, mailers, newsletters
  • Partner Management
  • Engagement with senior leaders – ability to expertly present findings and insights, understand & incorporate their perspective, motivate change in ways of working as needed and frequent communication to keep them “on-board”
  • Executive presence and ability to lead and participate in key discussions/decisions with senior leaders
  • Ability to build positive relationships with strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills
  • Experience working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment, handling conflicting priorities
  • Good understanding of G and the organization structure
  • Proficient in MS Office skills especially in MS Excel
  • Attention to detail, highly organized self-starter and ability to think-on-the-feet

  • BCom/MBA or Graduation

Preferred qualifications

  • Good communication / articulation skills
