Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Testing Automation

In this role, you will be responsible for driving Automation, Load Testing COE & DevOps initiative for EAG Applications

You will work with various App development teams across different verticals to implement Automation, Load Testing COE & DevOps for various SAAS, COTS & on premises applications

You will be expected to be focused on Automation, Load Testing COE & DevOps of the Projects/CR delivered to users and implement best methodology using latest tools and framework.

• Test Planning/Test Strategy creation for Projects/CR
• Well versed with Automation Test Strategy
• Understand the complex system and provide technical solutions to the team
• Mentoring and grooming teams for Testing Services
• Review Test Scenarios, Test Signoff Reports
• Identifying tools and infrastructure requirements
• Contributing to agility by ensuring an efficient, automated test suite integrated in CI/CD pipeline
• Collaborate with development and product teams to analyze, debug and resolve design and code issues.
• Support cross-functional teams in integration test efforts  
• Defining Best Practices and Processes to be followed
• Review documentations, for all the teams to ensure it serves its intended function

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• B.Tech /M.Tech or MCA in Computer Science

• ISTQB/ASQ certification
• Knowledge of any Test Automation tools
• Good hands on experience on Creating Test Plan, Test Strategy, setting up Testing Environment, Understand business requirement
• Manage pressure in a positive and resilient manner
• Have good Analytical and Problem-solving Skills
• Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Good motivator and have good negotiation skills
• A pragmatic approach to getting the required results
• Experience with package management tools of VSTS
• Knowledge of standard Change and Release Management process and agile methodology
• Should be good with verbal and written communications, along with ability to work with different project teams.
