Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Process Developer, Originations Team – Credit Risk.
The candidate will work as an analyst with the commercial credit risk team, as well as various other business and technology units. This position is passionate about delivering tactical and strategic solutions to support the banks’ Market Risk processes and reporting. The individual will be part of an Agile team working closely with team members in India and US. The role will require the candidate to provide system support as required by the project. The individual would have the opportunity to re-architect, re-design and re-engineer platforms to seek data distribution and orchestration problems.
Role and Responsibilities:
1.    Originations:
•    Good understanding of end customer onboarding and parties involved in loan approval & transaction process.
•    Knowledge on credit reports and credit terminologies.
•    Overall responsibility for maintaining Quality and timelines of process delivery
•    Over time, gain understanding of Commercial Lending Function including upstream and downstream implications and become a SME in credit risk operations.
•    In-depth interpretation of instructions related to reports & come out with logical recommendations and to work on streamlining tasks to improve efficiency in new processes or process improvements in the existing activities. 
•    Intra process communication and standard methodologies sharing
2) Customer:
•    Ability to interact with Customer - Leadership & business
•    Collaborate with customer’s leadership, ensure adherence to SLAs & able to balance clients independently
•    Able to detail the operational definition in discussion with customers, maintain the most current SOP
•    Building communication plans for the customers
3) Interpersonal Responsibilities:
•    Take ownership for providing and maintaining internal process metrics and tracking key deliverables.
•    Update SOPs as and when required
•    Preparation of dashboard and report the Key Highlights to the partners.
•    Carry out Ad hoc projects as and when it needed
Qualification 
•    Should have a bachelor’s degree or higher
•    Candidate should have good knowledge of basic finance concepts
•    Should be ready to work in night shift (mandatory) and be willing to work in a team. 
•    Good communication skills-written and oral
•    Basic Knowledge on Excel, Power point, Word
