Inviting applications for the role of SM, Marketing Analytics
Responsibilities
•    Requirement gathering for Adhoc reports and changes in existing ones.
•    Preparing data collection and summarization plan.
•    Crafting/Scheduling and executing codes on DW and using FTP process to transfer files.
•    Preparing and making reports/ presentations on Collections metrics –Roll rates /Loss rates/Collections efficiency.
•    Be fairly hands-on and be able to understand technical issues and seek as needed. Build client relationships
•    Providing solutions to address business needs by generating significant MIS.
•    Exposure to collection strategies and should be able to conduct pre and post implementation checks on existing strategies.
•    Keep abreast with industry trends and tap into expertise to influence the adoption of new technologies in the data management space.
•    Experience in reporting, data analysis and project/client management (preferably with onsite experience).
•    Coordinate the resolution of data integrity gaps by working with the business owners and IT.
•    Flexibility to work in shifts as per Regional requirements.
•    Experience leading teams in an onshore-offshore model.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
•    Solid understanding of SAS/Python/R including SQL and database concepts.
•    Understanding of mainframe collection system, dialer.
•    Tableau or Power BI report experience would be an added advantage.
•    Good understanding of consumer finance / retail banking vertical with meaningful work experience.
•    Driving thought leadership towards building outstanding reporting and analysis solutions.
•    Strong analytical and time management skills.
Preferred qualifications
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
