Inviting applications for the role of PA, Transaction

As a process associate you will be accountable for transactions of a financial and non-financial nature related to account maintenance processing etc. Duties may require you to, verify and secure all incoming and outgoing customer details to ensure adherence to agreements by using Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure efficiency & quality standards are achieved and Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded. It requires multitasking, basic analytical skill along with ability to make decisions and intensify in required conditions.


  • Ability to See & key accurately
  • Analyze customer information and process in the systems
  • Data accuracy and attention to detail are key responsibilities for this role
  • Responsible for customer data privacy
  • Get along with onshore counter parts/ SME


Minimum qualifications

  • Freshers are eligible
  • Any Graduate except Technical (B.Com preferred)

Preferred qualifications we seek in you!

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Prior experience in Banking or Insurance
  • Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses
