Inviting applications for Manager/Senior Manager, Forecasting

We are looking for Manager/Sr Manager with experience in the area of Forecasting, business planning, and insight generation for a top  pharma clients of Genpact

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of data analytics, market research and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of epi data sources, model building and maintenance.
• Experience with diffusion curves, bottom-up forecast, competitive analogs, excel, powerpoint.
• Managing delivery of forecasting models, forecast, and related presentation to stake holders under strict timelines
• Ensuring objectivity of brand/therapeutic area forecasts through establishing objectives aligned around forecast accuracy.
• Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction.
• Developing brand volume forecasts, both short-term and long-term, to feed into strategic and operational planning processes.
• Undertake strategic long-term brand and franchise forecasting and provide strategic perspective/guidance on portfolio and brand strategy, as well as new product introduction volume forecasting and guidance.
• Review sales performance, insights data, key initiatives, and new launches with brand and customer teams to ensure robust plans are in place and being executed.
• Confidently present and defend forecast approach, methodology, assumptions, and output at the executive level.
• Recommend and lead initiatives dedicated to the advancement and implementation of new forecast approaches and methodology.
•  
• Good to have - Python, R, SQL, statistical, econometric, machine learning models like Time series modeling, regression etc.
• Triangulate multiple sources including LROP, EPI, KOL, Market research and other secondary data to identify opportunities and strategies that shape decisions and drive forecasting models
• Demonstrated experience in leading projects, provided thought leadership related to forecasting models
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of 5-10 forecast analysts. Demonstrate the ability to execute multiple projects in parallel

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Pharmacy / technology
• MBA
• MS/MTech/Mpharma
• BS / MS Stats
