Inviting applications for the role of LSH Analytics, Senior Associate (Media Research/ Intelligence/ Insights)
We are looking for a Senior Associate who would be responsible for scanning through print or online/ social media articles/ conversations; identifying and summarizing key/ relevant articles/ conversations and drawing actionable insights from them to create media monitoring, listen and analysis reports for our customers.  


•    Ability to quickly sift through vast amounts of media information on a daily basis – look for news items and articles as directed by the employer.
•    Secondary research for preparation of executive synopsis on key news items of interest to the client from print, online and broadcast media and tagging
•    Social Media listening – listening reports creation for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly and analysis
•    Generation of media monitoring reports, event/conference/crisis monitoring, real-time alerts, Social Media monitoring, Competitive Intelligence and Media auditing
•    Excellent secondary research skills – formulation of search terms/strings to fetch the right data from various news aggregators, media sources and World Wide Web
•    Exposure to new aggregation tools like Factiva, Cision, LexisNexis, Meltwater, Radian6, Social Studio etc.
•    Working knowledge of MS Office Suite – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•    Excellent communication skills; verbal and written. Ability to deal with the Communications Team/Professionals of PR Agencies/Corporates via tele-calls and emails
•    5 days a week work schedule – willingness to work in different time shifts (US, Europe, India etc.)

•    Bachelor’s Degree, MSc, MBA

•    Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations 
•    Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
•    Superb communication and negotiation skills
