Inviting applications for Manager/Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics

We are looking for Manager/Senior Manager with years of experience in Marketing analytics in pharma / life science, which includes the oversight of sales and marketing commercial activities like marketing measures, HCP eligibility, and targeting. Big data environments and hands on experience with databricks, Python/PySpark and SQL  for building the next generation business intelligence and analytics platforms

Key Requirements

• Relevant experience in Marketing analytics for primary, specialty care therapy areas with in Pharma / Life sciences
• Define Solution architecture and Implementation of Media Streaming Applications on Azure – Java Microservices, Gitlab, CI&CD using Jenkins and Ansible, MongoDB, ELK Stack, sensu, RabbitMQ, Redshift, Athena, Cassandra
• Knowledge on Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Bricks, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data lake. Understand of Azure Data platform- design, development, testing, implementation and support of BI and Integration Solutions.
• Hands on of Python/PySpark and SQL & Data warehouse, experienced in data querying, data processing, data quality, data modelling
• Experienced Sales and Marketing Analytics operations including brand launch support, brand positioning, customer segmentation, patient analytics, market mix modeling, campaign effectiveness measurement and competitive analysis, Omni channel etc.,
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of 5-10 research marketing analysts. Demonstrate the ability to execute multiple projects in parallel

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Pharmacy / technology
• MBA
• MS/MTech/Mpharma
