Inviting applications for Sr. Associate- CPG Analytics, Business Analyst
We are looking for Sr Associate who will work with experienced analysts and team leaders to deliver strategic reports & presentations to clients. These deliverables comprises key information about client’s performance, competitor’s analysis, new launch performance, promotional analysis, pricing study etc. that gives big competitive advantage to our clients, in taking critical business decisions.  
Responsibilities

•    Responsible for delivering reports which is based on the POS (*Point Of Sale) data, ensuring the client-defined standards on data quality & aesthetics
•    Build topline reports using VBA & advance Excel capabilities ensuring client standards and timelines
•    Use Advanced Excel capabilities like pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas and graphing to streamline reporting
•    Engage the client with value addition activities that can bring forth customer satisfaction and simplify process
•    Active participation in internal project and in any problem solving discussions
•    Effective communication skills and active interactions with management and Clients
•    Disseminating knowledge within the team and entire group 

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

•    Any Graduate, MBA,  Marketing / Market Research Knowledge (* for non MBAs)
•    Technical Skills - Advance Excel & VBA
•    Relevant work experience

Preferred qualifications
•    Good Interpersonal Skills
•    Good analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent MS Office skills and VBA
•    Good Written and Verbal Communication
•    Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude
