Smart Enterprise Processes (SEPSM) is Genpact’s proprietary business process management framework that makes enterprises more competitive by significantly improving business outcomes such as cash flow, margin, and revenue growth.
One of the largest non-profit scientific and educational institutions in the world asked Genpact to combine process with IT to identify gaps and drive improvement opportunities within their Record to Report function. The engagement resulted in a decrease in the monthly closing cycle by more than 20% as well as a road map for implementing a new business intelligence tool.
For the world’s largest legal content database provider, Genpact assessed, designed, and implemented an analytics- and statistics-based approach to collections that led to restructuring upstream processes. Past due balances fell from 30% to 13%, with the highest impact felt in the 180-plus days of aged receivable accounts. The company realized business impact totaling US$14.4 million.
A music company engaged Genpact to monitor news, articles, and blogs for artists and executives, examining intellectual property– and piracy-related issues.
