While procurement organizations focus on delivering value beyond cost savings to support business objectives and decision making, they often look to digital for solutions. This study asked 682 senior executives across industries and functions – including procurement professionals – to rate the impact of digital technologies on their business.
With a vast majority of respondents indicating that they have high expectations from digital in the next two years, it is clear that firms need to find ways to overcome today's barriers. What are digital leaders doing differently?
