Our Approach
By using advanced statistical techniques and character-recognition software we create a uniform acceptance/rejection criteria and touch-free decision-making on small-ticket commercial loans. The result is faster application processing, better conversion and reduced delinquencies. The underlying decision model incorporates data from well-known external credit bureaus and addresses authentication issues before arriving at a real-time decision. Mid and large-ticket commercial loan portfolio management includes tools and expert support for tracking of monthly or quarterly financial statements and borrower covenants; identifying and reporting problem accounts; commenting on balance-sheet, income and cash-flow statements; and providing financial projections, calculations of borrowers’ credit rating, competitor analysis, collateral valuation, and gap analysis.

Genpact’s consumer finance analytics division helps companies with developing Automated Decision strategies at origination. The teams have experience in developing behavior scorecards, account management strategies and fraud loss mitigation strategies. Predictive modeling, segmentation and optimization techniques further refine credit-decision strategies.

Client Successes
