This partnership aims to integrate the expertise, experience and unique capabilities of both Genpact and Shoolini University to develop and impart an industry-specific graduate program to students. Shoolini University, a leading private university in Himachal Pradesh, and Genpact have partnered with the objective to develop and implement a management graduate program based on the requirements of Genpact as well as the broader Indian outsourcing sector. This association will ensure the development of a suitable employable pool of graduates and post graduates with relevant skill sets and functional knowledge. It will also enhance the quality of the educational experience for students of the university who are selected for this particular program. The course will offer in-depth knowledge and practical insights into areas of specialized services including Finance and Accounting, Procurement & Supply Chain, Analytics & Research, and Reengineering. The eligibility and admission process to enroll for the program is fairly simple wherein the students are shortlisted through a written test followed by a personal interview and a group discussion session.
