Victor Guaglianone General Counsel Victor Guaglianone has over 26 years of experience as a commercial lawyer and corporate counselor. He holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and an A.B. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Victor joined Genpact in 2007 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, from the law firm of Holland & Knight. Prior to that, he spent 16 years in positions of increasing responsibility at GE Capital after starting there as general counsel of the LBO business. During his tenure, he rose to the level of Vice President and Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining GE Capital, Victor worked for the international law firms of Weil Gotshal & Manges in New York and Jones Day in Los Angeles. During his career, Victor has dealt with numerous and wide-ranging business, transactional and litigation matters in many jurisdictions around the world. Victor is admitted to practice law in the United States in the states of New York and California.
