He has worked in the UK, the Netherlands and India in various capacities. Rakesh has 25 years of rich Industry experience where, in his earlier roles, he has been the Business Leader of Genpact (erstwhile GE Capital International Services), Six Sigma / Quality Leader as well as CFO of GE Capital International Services and CEO of the joint venture with the State Bank of India. He has also headed BPO operations for American Express, EXL Services and Convergys in India. Rakesh rejoined Genpact in July 2006, as Senior Vice President and Business Leader for the Finance, Financial Services and Insurance Centers of Excellence.
