Patrick Cogny CEO, Europe & Senior Vice President – Manufacturing and Services Patrick Cogny is senior vice president, leading Genpact’s Manufacturing and Services vertical. Prior to assuming this position in July 2011, Patrick served as CEO for Genpact Europe, where he led the company’s geographic expansion and established Genpact as a leader in IT services and business process management solutions with a large portfolio of marquee clients in the region. A Certified Six Sigma professional, Patrick has been with GE and Genpact through his career, holding leadership roles in sourcing, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and field services at GE Healthcare. Prior to joining Genpact in 2005, he was leading the GE Europe SG&A initiative, driving Lean methodologies and back-office processes transformation in partnership with Genpact. Patrick holds a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Ecole des Mines in Paris, and is based out of New York.
