Pascal Henssen joined Genpact in April 2009 as senior vice president and chief operating officer (COO) for Europe. He is responsible for service delivery and customer management of more than 3,000 employees in 11 delivery centers across six countries, delivering finance and accounting (F&A), supply chain, order-to-cash, order management and customer service to more than 50 clients.
Prior to that, he led GE's European Shared Services organization for four years, where he oversaw 600 professionals in 45 developed and emerging countries across Europe, Middle East and Africa, providing finance, tax and human resources services to all GE businesses
Currently based in Bucharest, Romania, Pascal is a Dutch citizen and speaks English, German, Dutch and French. He is a graduate of GE’s Experienced Financial Leadership Program and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Pascal earned a master’s of science in business economics and a bachelor’s of science degree in law from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
