Meet Some of Our Female Business Leaders


Sasha Sanyal

Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy, Lean Six Sigma, Transitions

Sasha joined Genpact in 2002 and has several important roles. She leads corporate strategy, where she helps determine industries in which to invest and capabilities to build; oversees the Lean Six Sigma and transitions functions; and directs “Oxygen,” the company’s cost transformation program. In addition, she also serves as global champion of the Women’s Networking Forum. In her off-work hours, she loves spending time with her two young children, and is passionate about working out, including running marathons at every possible opportunity.

Helene Bedague

Vice President, Service Delivery Leader, Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Services

Based in France, Helene has more than 20 years of experience in finance, quality and operations. She joined Genpact in 2011 and initially held several reengineering and Six Sigma/quality roles. After choosing to move into operations, she gained increasing responsibility and now leads services delivery for Genpact’s European chemical and industrial manufacturing services vertical, also serving as global operating lead for the a large client engagement. In her personal time, Helene is passionate about all kinds of art, particularly ceramics. After five years of research, she is writing a book about a French ceramist, and expects to publish it by end of 2015.

Gina Fratarcangeli

Vice President and Global Sales Leader, High Tech

As the global sales leader for the high tech vertical, Gina is one of only two people at Genpact who oversees a worldwide sales team. She was promoted to this role in August 2014 after joining the company in 2013 as the North American lead for the Generating Client Impact (GCI) initiative which trains and coaches the field on value-based selling. When she is not attending various sports activities for her three active boys, she enjoys travelling and being active with her family, including a recent trip Costa Rica that included zip-lining and other fun excursions.

Julie Tai

Vice President, Sales, Life Sciences​

As a vice president in the life sciences vertical at Genpact, Julie is the global relationship manager for Merck where she manages the overall engagement, including identifying sales opportunities, troubleshooting any client service concerns, and spearheading the development of new solutions. Prior to joining Genpact in 2013, she had a successful and diverse career in the pharmaceutical industry. Outside of work, Julie enjoys various activities with her husband and two young children, and in the winter months, you often will find her on the ski slopes. She also is a classically trained violinist.

Marina Vernetti

Assistant Vice President, Quality Leader, Latin America​

Marina joined Genpact in May 2010 initially as the Quality Leader for Mexico, and within nine months, her strong skills and accomplishments led to expanded responsibility for Guatemala, then Colombia, and eventually all off Latin America. She manages a team of Black Belt and Master Black Belt leaders who mentor Lean Six Sigma projects, and she also supports other quality and strategic initiatives in the region. A native of Italy, in her free time she enjoys cooking, and likes to travel with her family back to Italy and other parts of Europe.
